Lifter for trailers by Dautel GmbH

Due to the ingenious design of the DAUTEL LIFTER with a pressure intensifier for automatic tilting of the platform on the ground, assembly is also possible with a short body overhang in conjunction with steep mounting angles. A special trailer design is not technically necessary. The "clamp on" mounting saves working time and the installation of a suspension on or between the chassis frame.

The mounting can be carried out depending on the frame construction of the trailer or semi-trailer:

Bolted to an existing suspension in the chassis.
RUCK-ZUCK mounting, screwable to the longitudinal beam lower chords on an I-beam frame track 980 or 1300 mm, with "clamp-on" (European patent pending). The variable screw-on fastening technology without welding and drilling allows installation without suspension and without repainting.
A moisture-resistant coding switch in the external control unit switches the power supply of the DAUTEL LIFTER on or off, thus protecting the load from unauthorised persons.
