Sliding doors on CNC processing machines must close securely and work reliably. They are usually moved by hand, which requires them to run smoothly.

The door mechanism is exposed to temperature differences as well as high humidity in the form of cooling water or cleaning fluid. Compressed air, abrasion and chips are further sources of interference for the linear guide of the doors, which must be compensated for.

Solution
Aluminum roller guide FDC25 as a single rail pair with roller shoe pairs in a length of 1.200 mm.
