Product inquiry  

In addition to threaded spindles, we also manufacture nuts (whether ready-to-install or partially manufactured) according to drawings, samples or in special dimensions.

Only the coordination between spindle and nut as a unit represent a high-precision spindle drive.

overlong nuts (> 1.5xD) are manufactured precisely on specially developed internal whirling equipment.

Due to the large number of materials, a good to very good adaptation to the corresponding conditions is possible:

Bronze/red bronze (e.g. GBz12, Rg7)
Multi-material bronze (e.g. CuAl10Ni)
Grey cast iron (e.g. GG25, GGG40)
Steel (e.g. St52, C45, 42CrMo4)
Stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4571)
We manufacture other materials and abnormal thread sizes on request.
