EYE:
Honey amber color, bright and with a creamy and persistent foam.

Fresh and pleasant aroma of tropical fruits and stone fruits.

HISTORY:
A woman, the ocean and a boat. The American oceanographer Terry Brown was crossing the Sargasso Sea alone aboard her small boat, the Mistral, during her solo explorations of the abyssal depths. A storm left her stranded on a Bermuda islet for four weeks, during which time she managed, by her own means, to repair her boat and set sail again. Our Mistral is inspired by that fighting and adventurous spirit, converging in a robust, aromatic and bitter double IPA, with powerful citrus and tropical fruits on the palate thanks to New World hops. A powerfully feminine beer that faces the future without losing an ounce of authenticity. And remember: When the wind is not blowing in your favor, adjust the sails.
