TECHNICAL EXPLANATION:

APPEARANCE:
Black beer, with a creamy and persistent cinnamon-colored foam.

SMELL:
Citrus, resinous and piney aromas contrasting with notes of smooth chocolate and toast.

TASTE:
Combination of roasted and chocolatey flavors from the malts and the freshness and bitterness from the use of hops in dry hopping.

FOOD PAIRING:
Combines perfectly with smoked meats, intense or blue cheeses, and even sweet pairings such as dark chocolate, nougat, etc.

STORY:
