Spiral roller brushes (Typ 230 & 230/VDS) by KULLEN-KOTI GmbH

Our spiral roller brush type 230 is another variant of the disposable systems. It consists of endless DBS spiral brushes and a thin-walled tube with a corresponding tolerance of the inner tube diameter. Depending on requirements, the tube can be made of steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metal. The production width corresponds to the desired total brush length (BLG). You can slide the complete disposable brush onto your existing roller body yourself. This eliminates the need for costly return transportation of the worn brushes complete with the roller body when replacements are required.

Body systems
To reduce the body diameter (KD), the complete disposable brush type 230 can be manufactured with adapters (type 230/VDS) or bushes with or without collar, also with keyway, with a suitable bore (AL) for mounting on the various body systems. This ensures precise concentricity of the brush.

The roller brushes are supplied with a sheared or, on request, ground surface. Brushes with adapters or reducing bushes can be electrodynamically balanced for the intended speed range in quality G 2.5 to ISO 1940.
