The correct load securing of reinforcing steel mesh has been difficult up to now. This is because the high elasticity and low sliding friction of the reinforcing steel meshes among themselves make economical securing using the tie-down method with lashing straps, lashing ropes or lashing winches almost impossible.

Economical, simple and absolutely safe: The new DoUniFlex rope system for reinforcing steel mesh

The system secures the loaded reinforcing steel mesh using the direct lashing method without the need for structural modifications to the vehicle. A specially developed steel cable system is used, which is placed over the top of the reinforcing steel mesh packages and then tensioned. Extensive practical tests carried out by TÜV Nord confirm the excellent securing properties. The application:

Pick up the DoUniFlex system by hand, place it over the mesh stack and then brace it. Done! DoUniFlex The DoUniFlex system for reinforcing steel mesh consists of four DoUniFlex cable slings and a total of eight DoZURR 8000 power-reinforced lashing straps with a 50 mm strap width.
