Thanks to a specially developed surface structure, our TensionController is extremely slip-resistant. At the same time, the sliding inner coating ensures perfect conditions for optimum force transmission as well as gentle, even loading of the lane groove surface of the vehicle transporter. The special sliding property also means that the lashing strap (35 mm or 50 mm) can be passed quickly through the controller hose when threading and positioning.

The systems (TensionController plus lashing strap) are equipped with polyester webbing (elongation <4%) as standard and with the high-performance fibre UHMW-PE (elongation <1.5%) in the premium version. A mixture of both materials (elongation <2.5%) would also be possible. UHMW-PE supports the good sliding properties of the TensionController and thus ensures an even more optimal distribution of the pretensioning force and a positive influence on retensioning. In addition, depending on personal preference and application, a choice can be made between a 360° rotating swivel hook or a profile hook. The system was developed in accordance with VDI guideline 2700, sheets 8.1 and 8.2, is GS-certified and complies with DAIMLER loading guidelines. Conclusion: Everything top.
