EX-FLOW EXPLOSION PROTECTED MASS FLOW METERS & MASS FLOW CONTROLLERS FOR GASES

ATEX approved for Zone 1 (Intrinsically Safe)

EX-FLOW instruments are rugged thermal mass flow meters & mass flow controllers that can be used for gas applications in hazardous areas. The intrinsically safe measuring head has been tested in accordance with ATEX 114 Directive 2014/34/EU and approved under EC test number KEMA 01ATEX1172, classification II 2 G Ex ib IIC T4 Gb.

  • IECEx = IECEx DEK14.0060
  • TIIS = 検・第TC21584号 (Japanese certification)
  • KCs = Ex ib IIC T4 (Korean certification)

The electronics housing is designed according to IP65 classification. The control valves can be either directly integrated into the instrument, or installed separately to measure and control the following gas flows (air equivalent):

  • Smallest measuring and control range 0.16...8 mln/min
  • Largest range 220...11.000 m3n/h (mass flow meter), 7,5...375 m3n/h (mass flow controller)
