"Revolving shuttle table system”

Machines with several revolving shuttle tables have proven themselves in series production with large quantities as well as wherever the setup is time consuming. This machine has three zones: a loading zone with fully automated loading, a cutting zone with eight automatically adjustable cutting heads and catchers, and an unloading zone. Three to four revolving cutting pallets ensure that the cycle is guaranteed, and each zone has a pallet. The unloading is done manually.

Working surface (accessible from all sides): 3,500 x 1,300 mm
