GEDA solar lifts - from standard to fixed model

The individual elements of the GEDA solar lift are made of lightweight aluminium, can be quickly dismantled and transported with the help of a chassis, saving space and requiring little effort. The basic unit of a GEDA Solarlift consists of a standard carriage with rope breakage protection, a head part with quick release pulley and a 2 m wide foot part. With this equipment three different versions are offered, the single-stage GEDA Lift 200 Standard and GEDA Lift 250 Comfort as well as the two-stage Fixlift 250. The controls and limit switches of the electric winches are plug-in on the GEDA Lift 250 Comfort and Fixlift 250 models and permanently connected on the GEDA Lift 200 Standard. In addition, the models differ in their load capacity, which depends on the design of the ladder sections as well as the inclination and the rail length. Simple ladder sections with a load capacity of 150/200 kg as well as reinforced elements with a load capacity of 200/250 kg are offered. The lifting speed also varies from model to model. While the 1-stage standard model GEDA Lift 200 transports the material with up to 25 m/min, the comfort version GEDA Lift 250 reaches a speed of about 30 m/min and the GEDA Fixlift is equipped with a two-stage so-called soft start. It can move the elements with a speed of 19 m/min respectively 38 m/min.
All models have in common that they reach a conveying height of up to 19 m, need little space as well as a power connection.

Special concept: The solar platform

The GEDA Solarlift was specially designed for working with sensitive material and offers a special solar platform for the safe transport of the expensive modules. This is equipped with a specially developed plastic support and offers an extra fixing option, which can be adjusted as required. The second transport variant is the collector platform, which can be adjusted from 0.5 to 1.6 m depending on the width of the collectors to be moved.
In addition GEDA offers supplementary accessories, with which the assembly work on the roof can be further simplified. For example, with the help of the variably adjustable roof support trestle, work can also be carried out under the conductor track.
