The door dampers from ACE protect doors of elevators, other automatically operated or manual door systems long-lasting and powerful against destructive contacts. The single or double acting hydraulic shock absorbers are characterized by very good adjustability and maximum energy absorption between 75 and 190 Nm/stroke.

The adjustment, which must be carried out separately for both sides, is carried out via a tooth adjustment by turning the pulled-out piston rod on the knurled head until the desired damping strength is reached. The possible door opening speeds can be between 0.1 and 2 m/s, with the dampers managing up to 10 strokes per minute. Typical for ACE: Different characteristic curves, special lengths or special seals are possible for each door damper on request.
