Lift and tilt device ARZ for tugger trains

The ARZ lift and tilt device was developed in cooperation with one of Europe's largest car manufacturers for ergonomic, safe and cost-effective material supply without forklift trucks.

Forklifts cause a large number of industrial accidents every year and are, more accurately, an inefficient means of material transport. Tugger trains, on the other hand, enable more efficient and safe material transport.

Tugger trains pull several trolleys with material, which are disconnected at the corresponding workplaces. The trolleys can then be rolled onto the lift-tilt unit from two sides, depending on the design of the anti-slip device. Lifting height and tilt angle can be easily adjusted manually or automatically, ensuring excellent accessibility with plenty of legroom.
