The Dolezych reel securing system was specially developed for securing round loads such as reels, pipes and shafts. These can be secured quickly and easily with the roll securing system for transport on the road with little effort.

The system consists of a perforated rail and two securing wedges. The wedges are composed of the bearing surface and the supporting surface. This method of assembly allows easy and simple installation and replacement of the wedges, which can be placed anywhere in the perforated rail. This makes it possible to transport loads of different diameters. The wedges are also equipped with an additional safety device to prevent them from coming out of the perforated rail during transport. The roller securing system can be used longitudinally and transversely on the loading area. Subject to the technical specifications of the transport unit, this system is not tied to any particular place on the loading area.

During development, great importance was attached to rapid deployment and ease of handling, taking into account the regulations for securing loads during transport, such as hard-wound paper rolls, coils, cable drums, etc., as required by VDI 2700 ff. Due to the high quality material, it can be used for a wide range of different loads.

Additional securing with suitable lashing straps, with the help of force-locking or form-locking load securing, or by combining these two methods, provides very good load securing.
