Filling system with weighing technology (FLUX-FILL WT) by FLUX-GERÄTE GmbH

With the semi-automatic FLUX-FILL WT filling system, low-viscosity to viscous as well as foaming fluids can be filled quickly, efficiently and safely. The system operates with calibrated weighing technology and thus enables filling in accordance with the German Prepack Ordinance (FertigPackV).

The integrated filling program management system makes it easy to fill fluids into a wide variety of containers using different, automatically executed filling methods, such as over-bunghole, under-bunghole and under-bunghole. Filling via coarse and fine metering ensures compliance with minimum quantities and minimizes unintentional overfilling. This makes the system particularly suitable for filling small and medium-sized container batches, with and without container changeover - for internal use as well as for sales.

Combined with other products from the FLUX range of pumps and accessories, the feed side can also be optimally designed for the application. In this way, a compact, semi-automatic filling line can be configured from the filling system and feeding components.
