Flexible adaptation of the components
 
Light liquid separators are classically used wherever water has to be cleaned or separated from oils and other light liquids. This is the case in a large number of industrial sites, but also in craft or service businesses (e.g. car washes).

LK Metallwaren draws on decades of proven, mature technologies in the design and manufacture of separator systems. In this process, the oil is separated without filters via a double-acting oil separation principle (continuous and discontinuous feed) into an integrated oil reservoir.

Our special expertise here lies in the flexible adaptation of components to the requirements of our customers.

Within the scope of variable positioning options, the above-ground installation of the separator can avoid costly earthmoving work, or the use of “mobile” variants can make it possible to move them from A to B as quickly as possible.
Thanks to the corrosion-resistant and particularly stable design using the TIG process (welded V2A stainless steel) and a design without moving parts, cleaning and maintenance requirements can be reduced to a minimum. When dimensioning the systems, the two types are available for sizes from NS 1.5 to NS 100: UNO (one chamber, aligned to height) and DUO (two chambers, aligned to length).
