The LK ventilation system REKU from LK Metallwaren has all the prerequisites for this and convinces with its extraordinary energy efficiency.

In addition, it can be expanded, as desired, with a heat pump for energy savings, with an air conditioning system or with a chiller for constant cooling.

Extract polluted process air!
Ventilation systems usually function according to the two-way principle. one supplies the rooms with fresh air, while the other removes the "used" process air filtered to the outside. The supply and exhaust air flows are not mixed.

REKU ventilation systems distribute the supply air via a thermally controlled blow-out head, a textile air guidance system or a supply air duct. If the hall air is contaminated with aerosols, special filters can be integrated in the exhaust air flow: Pollution of the hall and the system can thus be prevented.

Up to 84 percent heat recovery
Our integrated plate heat exchanger uses the warm hall air to heat the fresh air drawn in when outside temperatures are cold. In this way, up to 84 percent of the energy can be recovered from the warm process air via the heat recovery system (HRU) and energy consumption can be significantly reduced.

If a higher hall temperature is required, the ventilation system can be expanded with a direct evaporator, liquid gas, a pumped hot water or an electric coil. This saves energy and is 100 percent CO2 neutral.

High performance for optimum air exchange
Two types of system are available depending on the performance requirements. The REKU 7 ventilation system achieves a nominal air performance of up to 7,000 m3/h, the REKU 10 even up to 10,000 m3/h.

Based on the respective building dimensions and performance requirements on site, both system types can be combined with each other as desired.

Constantly cooling down high hall temperatures
Strong solar radiation or increased output of process air can cause temperatures in production halls and warehouses to rise to such an extent that this has a detrimental effect on the hall climate and product manufacturing or storage. To avoid this, the REKU ventilation system can be combined with a heat pump, an air conditioning unit or a chiller, depending on the requirements. This way, constant temperatures can be enforced in the hall.

With the LK ventilation system REKU in combination with heat pumps, air conditioning units or a chiller, products and goods are protected and the room climate is significantly improved for pleasant working.
