System for Deep Bores (CKN) by BIG KAISER Präzisionswerkzeuge AG

The KAISER CKN-system was developed for both max. performance and max. rigidity with long tool combinations. It consists aluminum externsion tubes and boring heads as well as steel connector couplings. The torque transmission form the aluminum tube to the connector coupling over trhee screws guarantees no reduction of cutting performance.

Optimized tool length
Thanks to a very fine length graduation of just 20 mm boring operations can be determined successfully. A few millimeters difference in tool length can have a huge impact on the stability of a tool combination.
