Laboratory Metering Pumps (DP 200) by Ingenieurbüro CAT M. Zipperer GmbH

High quality precise micrometering pumps with digital flow-rate control. The steel casing with only 72 mm width is acid-proof coated. This universal and easy to use laboratory pump is available with 20 µl, 200 µl or 350 µl stroke volume. All dosing parameters (e.g. volume, flowrate, flow direction) are easily set by the keypad. The settings are stored in a non-volatile storage. The DP 200 has a RS 485 interface as standard to control it by an external unit (e.g. PC).

ISO 9001 and the GLP guidelines require regular checking and recalibration of measuring instruments. In order to facilitate and simplify this task, the DP 200 has an integrated calibration function.

Fluid contact surfaces are ceramic and fluorocarbon only. The pumpheads made of oxide ceramics are integrated into a stainless steel body or encased with fluoropolymers. The medium has only contact with the oxide ceramic and PVDF. This is also ensured for pumphead types with stainless steel bodies. Pumpheads with and without piston rinse ports are available. Versions with other plastics (e.g. ETFE, PEEK) on demand.
