Robust for harsh environments
High degree of protection IP68/IP69K.
Resistant to salt spray and rapid temperature changes.
Kübler is expanding its sensor portfolio with two new models for precise inclination measurement in static applications: the IN41 with analog interface and the IN48 with fieldbus communication. Both sensors have been specially developed for applications in which the overall system does not move - for example in mobile automation, lifting tables in intralogistics or tracking photovoltaic systems in the solar industry.
The measurement is based on an acceleration measuring cell that provides reliable inclination data at a moderate speed. Thanks to the high degree of protection IP68/IP69K, compact housing and optional functions such as filtering, preset or freely selectable measuring ranges, the sensors are ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions and where space is limited.
IN41 - Analog all-rounder for economical applications
The IN41 offers analog output signals and can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. It measures 2-axis inclinations in the range of ±85° or 1-axis inclinations up to 360° - with high accuracy over the entire measuring range. Configuration is easy via a teach adapter, including functions such as scaling, filter setting and zero point definition.
IN48 - Networked precision for smart systems
The IN48 was developed for applications with digital communication requirements. Variants for CANopen, SAE J1939 or Modbus enable easy integration into existing control systems. Here too, measuring ranges, filter functions and presets can be configured individually via the fieldbus interface.
