It is not only the innovations that GEDA is presenting at this year's bauma that are a "milestone". The opening of the new administration building in Asbach-Bäumenheim, Bavaria, also represents a significant step. The well-designed and sustainable building sets new standards with its targeted DNGB gold certification. The concept of sustainability is firmly anchored in the corporate culture and is reflected both in the new building and in the products. Many of GEDA's appliances are characterized by features such as energy recovery and thus contribute to the conservation of resources.

Promising new cooperation

Exclusively at bauma, GEDA is presenting a new, forward-looking cooperation: AMPShare powered by Bosch. The cross-brand AMPShare battery alliance comprises batteries and chargers that are compatible with a wide range of tools from different brands - including the entire Bosch Professional 18V system. An initial concept will be presented at bauma. But of course GEDA would not be GEDA if it stopped at this step - innovation is the key to further developments.

The new GEDA MAXI 18V wire rope hoist

The new GEDA MAXI 18V offers numerous advantages - whether in scaffolding, painting or other trades on any construction site. Thanks to the AMPShare battery, an external power supply is no longer required. This universal battery system is also compatible with many commercially available tools. Another highlight is the extremely low weight of the new wire rope hoist: with around 25 % less dead weight compared to similar devices, transportation and use is made considerably easier. The GEDA MAXI 18V also impresses with its quick set-up, so that it is ready for immediate use - a clear relief for any construction site.
