Deep-drawn parts

Our company manufactures deep-drawn parts for a wide range of industries. In addition to plumbing, automotive and hose sleeves, we also work for the following industries: locking systems, connecting parts for spirit levels, control and measurement technology, burner sleeves, fence caps, lids and caps for the chemical and consumer goods industries, sensor sleeves and sleeves for tool handles. Our high-quality deep-drawn parts are manufactured to the specific requirements and standards of each industry to ensure optimum performance and reliability.

On our 23 multi-stage presses with press forces of up to 63 tons, we deep-draw: sleeves made of stainless steel, steel, Inconell, aluminium, copper and brass. The smallest and largest technical values for the deep-drawing process are Sleeve lengths from 5 to 60 millimeters, inner diameters from 8 to 60 millimeters and material thicknesses from 0.3 to 1.5 millimeters.
