ECX PRIME 16 L from maxon
With the ECX PRIME 16 L, a second size of the extremely powerful PRIME motor series is now available in the maxon portfolio. Equipped with ironless windings and 4-pole rotor designs, the brushless PRIME motors have a pronounced speed rigidity.
The high torques of up to 25 mNm at high speeds of up to 40,000 rpm are also characteristic of the 53 mm long ECX PRIME 16 L.
The 4-pole motor, available for the first time with a diameter of 16 mm, is also available as a sterilizable version, which is suitable for medical hand-held devices, for example.
Free of cogging torques, the ECX PRIME 16 L can be combined with a wide range of other maxon components to generate a drive system that is a perfect fit for the respective application.
