According to employee surveys, a sustainable and therefore secure job is at the top of the list of priorities when it comes to choosing a job. GEMÜ offers these sought-after and future-proof jobs. The technology company has been awarded the "Germany's best jobs with a future" seal for the fifth time in a row.



On behalf of Deutschland Test, the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF) recognizes companies that operate sustainably and economically and offer their employees a good working environment. More than 12,000 companies were examined with regard to three criteria: Sustainability, economic efficiency and working atmosphere. These were each given a third of the overall rating. First, German-language domains were searched for pre-selected keywords and the texts were recorded in a database. These texts were then analyzed using artificial intelligence in a three-stage process. Finally, the companies were assessed based on the results using a points system.



Within the mechanical and plant engineering companies sector, GEMÜ scored 91.5 out of a possible 100 points. The technology company therefore achieved 13th place within this sector and, according to the Deutschland Test, offers "Germany's best jobs with a future".
