Steinen. Marco Baumann has been the new production manager at H2O GmbH since July 1, 2022. He has already been working for the Baden-based company since 2014 and previously worked in the plant manufacturer's design department. After his move to manufacturing, Baumann looks back on a turbulent start to a special year.
Due to the end of the Corona pandemic and the Ukraine war, work in manufacturing is primarily characterized by crisis management. And this calls for flexibility above all else. "Despite all efforts in purchasing, there are still problems with material availability and delivery times in some cases. So we have to do the best we can with the resources and materials we have," says Baumann. "In this respect, I am very grateful that our team sticks together so well and that I can count on the support of my employees."
For the future, Marco Baumann hopes that the tense situation will calm down and that the team will continue to pull together well.
