Eddy current based inductive
sensors of the eddyNCDT series detect displacement, position and vibration without contact. The high-precision
measurements are possible on both ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials. The eddyNCDT
sensors prove insensitive to dirt, pressure and temperature in demanding industrial environments while delivering very high resolution.
Due to their industry-optimized miniature design and high
measurement accuracy, they are used, among other things, to monitor lubrication gaps, thermal expansion,
shaft movements and the concentricity of machine parts and drive components.
Robust sensor designThe sensors are optimized for industrial applications. They are insensitive to temperature fluctuations, dust, dirt and oil and are also pressure-resistant up to 2000 bar. The protection class extends to IP67. Thanks to their miniaturized design, they can also be easily integrated into tight spaces.
High performanceThe powerful eddyNCDT 3060/3070 inductive measuring systems were designed for fast measurements with maximum precision. Matched to ferromagnetic as well as non-ferromagnetic materials and combined with intelligent signal processing, they offer the optimal solution for industrial displacement measurements. In addition, extended functions such as 5-point calibration, switching and temperature outputs as well as multiple characteristic curve storage are available.
Sensor configuratorA configurator is available on the website for selecting the right sensor. This makes it easy to put together the right combination of sensor and controller for the application in question.
