Cognex VisionPro Compatible Laser Scanners

All laser scanners of the Micro-Epsilon scanCONTROL series are now compatible with Cognex VisionPro via the AIK adapter. This offers greater flexibility and simpler connection possibilities.

The adapter combines the advantages of the Cognex VisionPro environment for fast and reliable measurement solutions with the benefits of native scanCONTROL integration. It enables Micro-Epsilon laser scanners to be quickly integrated into Cognex VisionPro. Cognex integrators and Cognex VisionPro users can use the adapter to generate so-called Cognex Range Images from scanCONTROL measurement points and easily process them with VisionPro algorithms for Range Images. In addition, all known configuration options for scanCONTROL laser scanners are available to the user.

The scanCONTROL AIK Adapter for Cognex VisionPro contains detailed documentation on all sensor settings and configuration steps required in Cognex VisionPro for a quick start. The adapter supports all current scanCONTROL 25x0, 29x0, 30x0 and 30x2 series.
