Stable Gas Flow Control for Analytical Instrumentation
Gas mass flow controllers are important components in many analytical techniques, such as mass spectrometry, chromatography, atomic spectroscopy, and combustion analysis. For example, compact gas flow meters are used to feed gases to a collision cell (reaction cell) as part of an ICP-MS setup.

The FLEXI-FLOW gas mass flow controller is well suited for these processes where stable gas flow control, compactness, short and long term stability and compatibility with the gases used are required.
