About Mearic

Mearic is a textile machinery manufacturer in Istanbul, producing roll sublimation calenders (1700–4400 mm working width, Ø200–Ø1000 mm drum), narrow fabric/ribbon, film lamination, fabric embossing and dye fixation calenders, and dual-plate pneumatic heat presses.

Mearic manufactures industrial textile machinery in İkitelli OSB, Istanbul. The product range consists of four groups:

Sublimation calenders: from a compact workshop model to industrial and roll-to-roll models up to 4400 mm wide; drum options of Ø200, Ø320, Ø400, Ø600 and Ø1000 mm
Narrow fabric and ribbon calenders (500–700 mm), dye fixation calenders
Film lamination calenders and fabric embossing calenders
Dual-plate pneumatic heat presses: plate sizes from 30×30 cm up to 150×250 cm; piece embossing and 3D puff printing models

The machines are designed for 24-hour shift operation: multi-zone over-temperature cut-off, redundant temperature measurement and an IP54 electrical panel are standard.
