About TORNELLE
TORNELLE is a CNC contract manufacturer specialising in precision machining, located in the Ikitelli OSB industrial zone in Istanbul, Turkey. On 7 CNC machines – 3- and 4-axis machining centres, CNC lathes and an 8-axis Swiss-type (sliding-head) lathe – we produce turned and milled parts to customer drawings: from single prototypes and small batches to series production.
Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, cast iron and engineering plastics (POM, PA).
Tolerances: down to ±0.005 mm depending on part geometry; every part is inspected with measuring equipment and a quality report is provided.
Industries: automotive, defence, aerospace, energy, medical devices, machinery, food-processing equipment, tooling and fixture construction.
Quotations are prepared from STEP/DXF/PDF data or sample parts (reverse engineering possible), usually on the same day. German- and English-speaking communication. Delivery to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and the whole EU.
