Ecodyne Tableware

Ecodyne Tableware, a brand of Conservia Partners, is India's largest manufacturer and exporter of areca leaf (palm leaf) tableware, operating since 2009.

Manufacturing runs on a distributed model: 90 solar-powered production units running 6,500 CNC hydraulic dye moulds, feeding a central 20,000 sq ft quality-control, packaging and despatch facility. Output is 4.5 million units per month, scalable to 9 million within 75 days, with 3 million-plus standing inventory.

Raw material is naturally fallen areca palm sheaths from 810 farming families across 2,000 hectares, under a programme guided by the Central Plantation Crops Research Institute (CPCRI). No chemicals, dyes, binders or additives at any stage.

Compliance: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (Bureau Veritas); amfori BSCI audited; tested to LFGB Section 30/31 parameters by TUV Rheinland; USDA BioPreferred compliant; EU 1935/2004 compliant. Products are compostable; EN 13432 tested - PASS.

Exports reach 19 countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Minimum order is one 40ft HC container, loaded within 10 working days of order confirmation, FOB New Mangalore Port. Private label is around 75% of export volume, covering artwork, packaging design, retail-ready cartons and dedicated SKU codes.
