Kovinski izdelki Hrast d.o.o. is a family-owned CNC precision turning company in Breginj, Slovenia, machining turned metal parts to customer drawings since 1985. On more than 60 CNC machines we turn diameters Ø 2–52 mm in lot sizes from 5,000 to 5,000,000 pieces. Certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. We deliver worldwide.

We are a contract manufacturer. We do not sell a catalogue of our own products: the customer sends a drawing, we engineer the machining process, prove its capability, document it and run it in repeat series — typically for years.

On more than 60 CNC machines — Citizen sliding head automatics, INDEX and Gildemeister turret lathes and Hydromat rotary transfer machines — we machine diameters from Ø 2 to Ø 52 mm and lengths up to 600 mm, in lot sizes from 5,000 to 5,000,000 pieces. Materials include stainless and carbon steel, brass, copper, aluminium, titanium and nickel alloys. Plating, heat treatment and grinding are managed through a qualified supplier network, so you receive a finished, inspected and packed part.

Manufacturing is certified to IATF 16949, BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001. We handle PPAP up to level 5, IMDS entry, CMM measurement, 100% camera sorting and full traceability from the mill certificate to the packed box.

Our customers come from the automotive, hydraulic and pneumatic, electrical, white goods, mechanical engineering, aerospace and railway industries. We work in English, Slovene, German and Italian, and deliver worldwide.
