About Aquablast Tech

At Aquablast Tech, we design and manufacture wet blasting and vapor blasting cabinets for use in industrial settings as well as automotive workshops.

Our systems combine water, glass beads, and compressed air for a controlled, damage-free cleaning process. They remove grease, rust, paint, and carbon deposits without dust or harsh chemicals. Parts come out clean with a smooth matte finish. No scratches, no micro-damage, no geometry changes.

Cabinets are built from cold-rolled steel or AISI 304 stainless steel with a protective coating. They handle intensive daily use and resist corrosion.

A closed-loop water filtration system automatically separates oil and sediment. Clean water returns to the machine. Glass beads settle and can be reused for weeks. This saves up to 70% on water and abrasive costs.

Quality is controlled at every stage from cutting steel to final assembly. Every machine is tested before leaving our facility.

Customization options are available, including fine mesh filters, extra ventilation, pistol holders, and more.
