ERLEMANN + HUCKENBECK - MADE IN GERMANY FOR OVER 80 YEARS.

Erlemann+Huckenbeck is a manufacturer of technical molded parts in thermoset and thermoplastic. We offer a range of stable, durable control elements. Most of these are in stock and quickly available. In addition, we also manufacture customer orders. With our own toolmaking shop and a large vertical range of manufacture at our German site, we are highly flexible for customer-specific solutions and series production.

We are experts in high-quality plastic parts. Our core competence is the production of technical molded parts and handles - mainly in thermoset. The production of these elements is carried out using the compression molding process. Our production machines manufacture products from less than one gram to large parts of 10 kg and more - Made in Germany.

The thermoset processing in the pressing process, is done with semi- and fully automatic machines from 30 tons to 500 tons pressure capacity. The thermoplastic as well as thermoset injection molding production is carried out by machines with a clamping force of 250 kN to 2200 kN. The necessary pressing tools and injection molds are manufactured
at our site. For this purpose, several CNC-controlled milling machines, eroding machines, grinding machines and lathes are available in the tool shop.

We focus on reliability and long-term partnership in every area. Products from Erlemann+Huckenbeck have been installed in many devices for decades.
