We are an international tool brand, which was founded in 2009 by Mr Van Ommen. Mr Van Ommen set the goal of developing innovative products and introduce them into the market. This objective, he pushed through with complete success. After a short time, BATAVIA found itself alongside the other major brands in the industry.

Our company is an international corporation, headquartered in the Netherlands and branch offices in Germany, Great Britain and Hong Kong. Our strategic sourcing partners such as Acton operates from Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Ningbo and Taiwan. On our behalf they develop many of our products, on their own initiative or in cooperation with professional and solvent factories.

With currently access to over 100 factories we are able to take advantage of the latest products, innovations and technologies and make these available to our customers.

Our product portfolio is widely spread. We cover many areas of power tools from indoor & outdoor products to workshop products and many more.

Our principles in our daily activities are quality, innovation and speed in implementation. Where possible, we will always use the latest and most environmentally-friendly technologies to produce our products. As an active BSCI / FTA Member we follow and closely monitor structural and consistent enforcement of international social standards within the production facilities of our trading partners.
