The company sicht-pack HAGNER ranks among the most important European manufacturers of clear films made of polyester. We offer the following types of rigid films for thermoforming and packaging applications on reel and in sheet formats:

• A-PET - Films
• G/A/G - Films
• G-PET - Films

In addition, we manufacture composite films which are fitted with various sealing, peeling and barrier properties by refining them with PE films.

Our products are primarily used in forming, filling and sealing installations as well as in conventional thermoforming installations for manufacturing blister packages. Another range of application is the manufacturing of transparent packages such as folding boxes, circular boxes etc. They are capable of being ETO and gamma sterilised and are used for primary and secondary packages.

A great advantage of PET is its environmental compatibility. PET is recyclable and does not leave any harmful residues when it is combusted.

Our buildings, administration and installation engineering are state-of-the-art which need not avoid any comparison with the industry manufacturing PET rigid films throughout the world. The enterprise is led by an excellent team that is composed of members of all fields like production, planning, administration, quality, energy, hygiene, work protection, training, etc. – numerously awarded by certifications (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 [based on ISO 22000], BRC Class A, SA 8000, BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, IFS Logistics, MS SAM, AEO), which guarantee a permanent audit mode on account of their integration. Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP) is a prerequisite of the certifications according to FSSC 22000 as well as BRC/IoP and is the basis of our production.

Another essential component of our corporate policy is to guarantee a constant product safety to our customers by offering permanent traceability. Based on SAP, we exercise the exchange of information with our customers in our own IT division starting from the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) up to the invoicing by means of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
