Stainless steel microbrewery fermentation tank, 2,500-litre conical, double-walled
Conical fermenters are core equipment in craft beer production. The upper section consists of a cylindrical vessel, whilst the base features a standard 60° cone; they are manufactured from food-grade 304 stainless steel.
Conical fermenters tank is fitted with a glycol cooling jacket, insulation, a pressure gauge, a sampling valve, a bottom drain valve, a manhole and a full set of fittings, enabling all processes—including primary fermentation, cold settling, pressurised carbonation and yeast harvesting—to be carried out within a single vessel.
When used in conjunction with a mashing system, it enables integrated production and is standard equipment for pubs and small to medium-sized craft breweries.
