Leaf springs in conveyor and sorting technology
Wherever products are conveyed using vibration technology, the use of S-Ply® leaf springs offers many advantages:
In linear and circular conveyor systems (helical conveyors), they achieve longer service lives than conventional springs. This increases machine performance and thus product throughput. The food and tobacco industries expect springs to have additional properties such as corrosion resistance, food safety and high fatigue strength. S-Ply® leaf springs meet these requirements and are designed for reliable long-term operation – in a temperature range from -60°C to 160°C.
S-Ply® leaf springs are also suitable as guide elements in conveyor and feed systems with unbalanced and crank drives.
