Our hub gears are ideal for applications that: require minimal installation space, have to withstand high loads, need a long service life and need to ensure precise positioning.

 

NG series hub gearboxes require almost no additional installation space as they can be integrated directly into the application. In wheel drives, the gearbox is housed inside the wheel, i.e. in the hub. AGVs and AMRs are often very heavy, which leads to high radial forces on the wheels. By integrating the gearbox and bearings into the wheel, hardly any lateral forces are generated. This compact design makes it possible to carry high loads over a long service life. The NG series is characterized by excellent efficiency, which leads to long driving times in AGVs, AGVs and AMRs without recharging the batteries.
