Superfinishing Machines (CenterStar) by Thielenhaus Technologies GmbH

Permits flexible machining of journals, cams, tappets and various other thrust surfaces on for example camshafts, balance shafts and input- / output shafts. Machining is done with finishing stones, finishing tape and / or CAB (continuous abrasive band). The machine is easily integrated in production lines via diverse loading / unloading options and, depending on the customer’s machining task, achieves best results with regards to surface roughness, roundness and cylindricity.
