WSW is specialized in a wide variety of products.
To achieve a high efficiency and a high quality we have implemented Lean Production. Our major competitive advantages are 5 different flexible forging lines from 0.2 kg to 45 kg piece weight.
To ensure the required quality standards, Samples are permanent taking during and after the forging process, analyzed according to established quality management methods.

The required qualities of materials for production
are:

• stored separately after quality and batches
• tracked separately during the production
process and documented according to relevant
requirements
Machining
Due to our national international connections, we have
access on a large machine park, so we are able to offer
our customers a high-quality cost-oriented processing. The mechanical production of our partners puts
us in the position of all machining operations such as
turning, drilling, deep drilling, milling and grinding carried out according to customer requirements.
