Laminating films by sicht-pack Hagner GmbH

Upon being laminated, the PET base material is joined with different films (PE, PA und O-PET) by means of a 2-component solvent-free adhesive.

The laminating is performed in order to protect the base material (PA and O-PET as thermal shield) and/or to achieve desired material properties like sealability/peelability and an increased gas barrier.

The order-related film specifications are provided centrally by the SAP system. Any information accompanying the order are continuously available for the machine operator and are permanently updated. The parameters and data relevant for the process are digitally recorded and archived.
The film web is monitored by an optical web inspection system whose results are recorded, too.
The control systems as a whole provide essential decision support for the machine operator by means of optical and acoustical signals as well as interactive messages.

The control of the working shift and testing is compiled by the machine operator in the SAP system what guarantees a quick access for evaluations and traceability.
