Sensor Signal Amplifiers (MCDC04) by ams Sensors Germany GmbH

The MCDC04 is a multi-channel programmable analog current integrator with 16bit ADC and I²C interface. The IC processes via charge-balance method and converts lowest photo-currents at high accuracy (16 bit). Its full-scale range can be customized to specific applications. Sensitivity of 20fA/LSB at a dynamic of 1 to 1,000,000. The IC is temperature compensated and features the possibility of external synchronization.
