The Supfina MultiFlex machine series has a modular design. The simple implementation of different processes in the same basic machine, e.g. belt finishing, stone finishing, ball screw finishing and brushing, makes it universally applicable.

This means that all current processes relating to modern steering racks can be realized on the same machine concept with short cycle times and high flexibility

  • Processing of steering racks and gear racks
  • Ball screw finish
  • Y-flank machining
  • Gear back finishing
  • Finishing cylindrical piston surfaces
  • Brush descaling and deburring
  • Bearing and cam machining with belt and/or stone
