Electrostatic filtration systems for cooling lubricant mist by LTA Lufttechnik GmbH

Electrostatic filtration systems for oil and emulsion mist are the ideal solution for sustainable production in industry and trade. The pre-filters and main filters are completely washable and thus reusable. As extremely flow-optimized solutions, the electrostatic cooling lubricant mist filters stand for a long service life as well as long-lasting constant performance.

In electrostatic filtration systems for cleaning and extracting oil and emulsion mist, the contaminated air is first drawn in via a prefilter. Coarse particles larger than 3µm are already separated here, and the pre-filter simultaneously protects the downstream filter elements from foreign bodies. Subsequently, the incoming neutral aerosols are positively charged in the ionizer by an electric field. In the subsequent collector, the positively charged particles are deflected via collector plates (negative charge) and separated. remaining positively charged dust particles are discharged in the penultimate step via the neutralization filter. After-filters, e.g. for smoke or odor, can be installed as an option. The blower draws the air stream through the air filter via the connection opening and conveys the cleaned air out of the housing.
