The BÄSSLER CARGOBOX is a very stable transport packaging for the safe and cost-effective shipping of a wide variety of products. The combination of birch plywood, a very robust type of plywood, and high-quality steel components provides the necessary resistance to the stresses during all phases of the complete logistics process.

The integrated sealing system allows quick assembly and sealing, as no nails or staples or strapping are needed. Only a hammer or pliers are required to bend the flaps.

Birch plywood - a special type of plywood:

The needle plywood commonly used in the packaging industry is very stable. Individual layers are glued crosswise and pressed together under pressure and high temperatures. Birch plywood is produced according to the same principle, but with the special feature that here the individual layers are thinner and accordingly more layers are joined together with the same material thickness. Due to the higher number of layers, better stability is achieved. This allows the use of thinner boards with the same load capacity and ensures lower dead weight and reduced external volume of the packaging.
