Execution of the wear measurement
The measurement is carried out in the cleaned condition of the process part at room temperature by our qualified personnel.
You will then receive a measurement report with the evaluation of the measurement results, photos and a recommendation for the replacement of worn parts.
Recommendations are based on the one hand on the manufacturer's specifications, but also take into account the actual process tasks, the practical plant limitations, process data, etc.

Depending on the screw diameter, we use the most modern, non-contact measuring methods for barrel measurement or the conventional method using a three-point micrometer measuring device.

If desired, we can supplement the measurements with video imaging using endoscopy.
