Induction Vacuum Casting Machines (HiCAST) by Heimerle + Meule GmbH

HiCAST is completely different from previously known casting devices. The melting of the alloy is based on a completely new concept. The alloy is melted and cast directly in one part of the muffle. Separate melting pots are a thing of the past! Metal muffle rings, including the flow insert for controlling the expansion of the investment, are also no longer necessary. This makes it easy to divest the cast object. Time-consuming glazing of the crucible is no longer necessary, as the self-made crucible is divested together with the muffle.
