Services of our contract electroplating

In the field of contract electroplating, Heimerle + Meule offers two tried-and-tested processes: rack and strip electroplating.

Rackelectroplating
With the help of rack electroplating, the surfaces of products from electronics, medical technology, jewelry and optics as well as writing instruments can be perfectly refined. In addition to gold, gold alloys, silver, copper and nickel, other valuable materials such as rhodium, palladium and platinum are available as single layers or in combination.

Strip electroplating
Thanks to individual manufacturing processes with silver, copper and nickel, pre-stamped continuous strips in solid or flat design up to a width of 110 mm can be successfully refined in strip electroplating. For silver plating, several strips can be applied on one or both sides.

With efficient production facilities, state-of-the-art testing laboratory and proven analytics as well as certified quality management, Heimerle + Meule guarantees not only unrestricted delivery reliability and short throughput times, but also consistently maintained product quality. Comprehensive environmental protection is a matter of course for us. Thanks to long-term contracts with copper smelters, we are able to recycle non-ferrous stamping waste with precious metals as well as electroplating scrap professionally - a service we are pleased to offer our customers.
