The Q32 series rubber track shot blasting machine (tumble belt type) cleans small and medium metal workpieces in fast, repeatable batches. It is a batch rubber belt tumble shot blasting machine for desanding, derusting, descaling, deburring and shot peening. Overseas buyers reach the same machine under several names: rubber crawler tumble blast machine, crawler type shot blasting machine, tumblast shot blasting machine, tumble belt blast machine and apron type shot blasting machine. One design sits behind all of them. An endless rubber belt forms a rotating drum, and blast wheels clean every surface as the parts tumble.
Blast wheels throw abrasive into the rotating rubber-track drum. Parts tumble continuously, so every surface is reached evenly. The rubber track cushions the load, protecting delicate parts. Noise stays lower than a steel belt drum, which matters in staffed workshops.
It serves foundries, automotive plants, non-ferrous die casting shops, fastener factories and heat treatment shops. It runs stand-alone as a tumble blast machine for castings, or links with loading devices and discharge conveyors.
